Reuters reports today that The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Virginia is hearing arguments about whether or not a state (Virginia) may challenge the constitutionality of a federal law. Today, April 18, 2011, Americans will gather at Tax Day Tea Party rallies around the country. This is good; people need a venue to connect with like-minded citizens to commiserate and cooperate.
