The Pervasive Misuse of Federal Power
I was recently informed that the Center for Biological Diversity, among others, have petitioned the EPA to outlaw the manufacture, distribution and sale of lead shot, bullets and fishing sinkers, ostensibly under the authority of the Toxic Substances Control Act. Naturally, given that I’m a stickler for unit of government responsibilities, this caught my attention.
