The Institute for Balanced Government is a registered 501(c)(4) organization, dedicated to the education of American citizens on the importance of balance between spheres of government, from the individual (self-government) to the city, township, county, state, and federal levels; and to advocate for policy and legislation that advances the principle of Constitutionally-consistent balanced government. Our particular emphasis on the division of powers – what we call balanced government – is what guides us.
Please be sure to check out our reading list for essential books and resources to learn more about American history, the nature of our system of government, and the Constitution.
Then, when you’re ready, visit our Programs page and see how we’re working to deliver education, build a grass-roots movement, and restore American Constitutional government.
